QPlease tell us how to go to the hotel from Kyoto Station.

A

From Kyoto Station, get off at Marutamachi Station (Karasuma Line), and take the Exit 3. Our hotel is about a minute walk from there.

QIs there a parking area?

A

We do not have a parking area. Please make use of the nearby coin parking. Click here for peripheral information.

QCan I request to have my luggage kept before check-in and after check-out?

A

We accept storage of your luggage only before check-in.
Please do not hesitate to tell any of our staff if you wish to avail this service.
Also, please note that we cannot keep your luggage after check-out.

QAre there meals?

A

We do not have complementary meals,
but you can buy your own food within the city and eat it in your room.
You can also cook your own meals through the kitchenette,
or make use of the restaurant map at the front desk. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you need one.

QDo you have barrier-free facilities?

A

There is an elevator in the building, but there are stairs in the toilet and in the bathroom inside each room.

QIs there a convenience store nearby?

A

You can find a Family Mart (Karasuma Marutamachi Branch) about a minute on foot from the hotel, across from Karasuma-dori Street.

QHow can I pay?

A

Payment is accepted only in Japanese yen or through credit card.
Please note that you cannot use anything other than electronic money or Japanese yen.
We accept: VISA, MasterCard

QCan I have my package mailed to the hotel?

A

If the package is sent in the morning of the day of your stay, the package will be handed over at the front desk upon check-in.
Fragile items, valuables, perishables, and the like are not allowed.
Also, please note that we do not accept shipping from the hotel.

Please note the following when sending a package:
1. Please include the name of the guest and the date of their stay in the name field

QCan I smoke inside the hotel?

Unfortunately, our hotel is completely non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke, please go to the nearby coffee shop.

Q Is there a fee in using the kitchen and laundry area?

A

There is no charge in using the kitchenette and laundry, which provided in each room.

QFrom when do I need to pay cancellation fee?

A

Please note that we will charge a cancellation fee if you cancel a week or sooner before your stay. Cancellation fee shall apply as follows:

8 days prior to the date of stay -> 0% of the room rate
7 days or sooner prior to the date of stay -> 100% of the room rate

Notice to the Guests
Kyoto City Accommodation Tax will be collected from every guests checked-in after October 1st 2018 based on the Kyoto City Ordinance.
Please pay the following fee at the hotel.
Payment is accepted only by cash.
